Lisa J. Delaney – Partner Lisa J. Delaney is one of the named partners at the law firm Carvin & Delaney, LLP. Her practice centers on all real estate matters. She is the firm’s department supervisor of both the residential closing staff and title production staff. She performs residential purchase and refinance closings as escrow settlement agent for lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers. She represents both buyers and sellers in negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements. She represents clients in land disputes and title clearance litigation actions, with 100% success rate. Ms. Delaney’s practice also includes representing commercial land developers, including performing due diligence, contract negotiations and final settlement services. Barbara A. Emerson – Senior AssociateBarbara A. Emerson is a senior associate at the law firm of Carvin & Delaney, LLP. Her main area of practice is real estate transactional closings. She is the firm’s lead attorney in the performance of residential purchase and refinance transactions as escrow settlement agent, which includes title insurance underwriting and the issuance of final lender’s and owner’s title insurance policies.
